6. What are the shipping options? The Purity Kit: Free shipping with tracking number for all order, Free shipping for a ring sizer without tracking, Standard Shipping with signature confirmation for $3.20, and Expedited Shipping - Insured & Tracking for $8.52 for a ring kit to arrive. The Christian Apparels: various shipping fee applied depends on a warehouse location.
7. When will I receive my order? Please allow 2 days for processing and 5-10 business days to arrive (for free shipping with tracking and shipping with confirmation). Expedited Shipping :2 days for processing and 3-7 business days (excl. weekends and holidays) to arrive. We Ship all of our kits from California!
A ring sizer is not provided tracking information as it is shipped via an envelope. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of placing it, please reach out to us.
8. What do I do if I never received my order? If it has been 24 hours past your delivery notification and you still haven't located the delivery, contact us at feedback@thepurevirtue.com for further assistance.

11. Why doesn't the automatic saving coupon code "save10" doesn't apply on my purchase when I purchase more than one Purity Kit ? Sometime it can happen. Just X out the "save10" and manually apply the coupon code "save10" during the process.
12. Where can I find the materials of the kit? There are different ones for different needs. You can find the materials from each Purity Kit. Go to the top menu >Get Your kit > each kit> menu bars (gray) > Specifications. You can check out the kits' materials in the Specifications.
