EXCHANGE A RING SIZE

Our Simple Exchange Ring Size Process

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange Ring Size. 

1. Email us at infopurevirtue@gmail.com " My order number is....., and I wish to have the same ring with size...."

2. We will send you an invoice link of $12 (this is the return fee that covers the return label, and shipping the replacement).

3. We will send you a new ring and you will send us back the original ring!

4. Done 😄!!

 

The details

Please let us know how to help you regarding your exchange ring size by first giving us your order number and which size ring we should send out for you at infopurevirtue@gmail.com. Please check the size availability by putting the right size ring into the cart. 

We measure each ring size individually and carefully before wrapping, packaging and shipping a kit. It is very rare for a customer to have a problem with ring sizes, but if we make a mistake, don't worry.😉 We will cover the cost to make it right for you.  Otherwise there will be a flat fee for  Return & Exchange for one kit. Thank you for understanding.

 

 

1. Exchange size. 

• If you plan to change a ring size, please let us know which size we should send out.

• We will send you an email with an invoice of $12 fee (this is the return fee that covers the return label, and shipping the replacement) link to proceed with the exchange process. 

•  Upon receipt of $12 exchange size shipping order, we will email a new shipping label that you can print and tape over the original label on the original shipping box. Keep the Purity Kit.  Wrap the ring in a paper towel or something soft and place it in the white shipping box. You can also use your own box or padded envelope etc.  Hand the package to the USPS mail carrier. We will inspect the return ring to ensure it’ in new condition and if it is, we will ship out the new exchange size ring (itself without the kit). •  If the ring which you wish to exchange is out of stock, then we will process it as  "Return a Purity Kit."

• Please do not return the whole kit. Only send back to us the ring itself.

• We will email a new shipping label that you can print and tape over the original label on the original shipping box. Hand the box to the USPS mail carrier. We will inspect the return ring kit to ensure it’s in new condition, and if it is, we will issue store credit (or the original payment by your request) for *the full kit purchased amount -$12 ( this is the return fee that covers the return label, and the original shipping) .
