Hi, there! I am Shin Van Overbeek, the co-founder of the Pure Virtue. Our team is on a purity mission to help young people keep themselves pure for a higher purpose in a confusing world.

Here is our story. Back in 1999, when we had our first son, we decided that we wanted to homeschool our kids. We decided this because we wanted to teach our kids to have christian moral values and not to hand them over to the values of the world.

 

At Pure Virtue, we believe that intimacy no longer holds as much meaning as it once did, especially in the younger generation. There is a huge growth in the amount of unplanned pregnancy, and teen mothers. In a world that's so full of twist and turns we want to help young adults and children. Our main goal is to help reduce the number in unplanned teen pregnancy's by promoting values of celibacy and providing a godly conversation opener for parents and their children.

We pray that we may encourage young people to live a life that glorifies God according to the way God created us. We pray that each of them will seek to please Him in their obedience and discover the real joy in it.
