Refund policy

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please let us know how to help you regarding your exchange ring size, or return the kit at infopurevirtue@gmail.com.

We measure each ring size individually and carefully before wrapping, packaging, and shipping a kit. It is very rare for a customer to have a problem with ring size, but if we make a mistake, don't worry.😉 We will cover the cost to make it right for you.  Otherwise, there will be a shipping cost ( sending out the package and returning shipping cost) for  Return & Exchange for one kit.

How to Return a Purity Kit for Refund

• We will email a new shipping label that you can print and tape over the original label on the original shipping box. Hand the box to the USPS mail carrier. We will inspect the return ring kit to ensure it’s in new condition, and if it is, we will issue store credit (or the original payment by your request) for *the full kit purchased amount -$12 fee (this is the return fee that covers the return label and the original shipping).
